At Timex CA, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces and offer a 30-day return policy for products in original, unworn condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid Canada Post shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Watch

Securely place the watch in its original packaging, including all manuals and warranty cards, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any Canada Post location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
